Robert + Aimee
We enjoy camping, the beach, nature, skiing, swimming, movies, games, popcorn, tacos, sweets, friends, our church, dance parties in the living room, sports and reading! We met in 2001 through a mutual friend and knew rather quickly we were for each other. We married in 2006. We had Luke in 2012 and Titus in 2014. And these two boys...are so ready to love, play with, and help protect a new little one. December 2017 we had a strong pull on our hearts to walk this path of adoption.
Dear Expectant Mom,
You are brave, you are strong and you have such unfathomable courage. Thank you! While we cannot begin to imagine what you're going through and what has led you to this decision, we do know that you long for the best for your child. Thank you for your honorable and selfless act of love to give life to your child.
Our little family of four has had the pull on our hearts from God to welcome another little one into our lives for quite some time. We want you to know that you'll always have a place in our hearts and family too. You are important and will always be an important part of the story of this child.
We will give this child a loving home, a nurturing family with laughs and snuggles, and adventure along the way. We will pour our hearts into this baby so they know just how loved they are. And you will be honored along the way.
Aimee is a part time counselor for school aged children. She enjoys being with her family, reading, bike rides, and capturing her family through photos. Aimee loves a good laugh and loves to make a memory. She also serves in the children ministry at church teaching the children about the love of Jesus.
This man and these children are such a gift to me! I find such joy in their smiles, their laughter, their company, and their discoveries. They are so loved and so will the new babe be too.
The Lord has truly fulfilled and continues to fulfill 1 Corinthians 2:9, "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him."
Robert works full time as a construction manager for new homes. He loves others so well and is always eager to help. He brings the spontaneity to our family. Robert also teaches in the youth group at church where he disciples students.
Luke is 6 years old and is the best big brother. He loves so big and is very caring and compassionate. He loves nature, parks, running, sports, cooking, movies, long bike rides and games. He really loves his school too.
Titus is 5 years old and keeps us laughing with his wit. He cannot wait to be a big brother. He loves legos, puzzles, the library, museums, reading, dogs, popcorn, and being a helper.
Where we make time for one another- to love and to play, to have fun and to find rest. Welcome little one.
We live in a suburb of a large city in a house on a cul-de-sac with a large backyard. We love our diverse neighbors who treat us like family. There are other kids on our street we enjoy playing with. We like to ride our bikes to the park a few streets away.
We love being together in nature, and every day we find ourselves outside swinging and jumping, and as much as we can we pack up to go find more to explore. Nature is where we are reminded of how big our God is and how he's big enough to carry the details of our lives, wiser than our limited selves, and fully capable to carry our burdens.
We live within 30 minutes of all the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. When we shared our desire to adopt, our families were overjoyed and so supportive of us. You, little one, will be loved beyond measure here.
It's our desire to live with purpose, conviction, passion, and joy. We love Jesus and his church and believe in community. We believe Jesus is our Rescuer, our Savior, and our Hope!
From our family to you...
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We hope you have a better glimpse of us and our daily lives.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
